First aid for Motorcyclists is a not for profit training organisation.

By purchasing and registering for a training ticket, you agree that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions.

REFUND POLICY

Individuals

Refunds will only be provided if you cancel more than 14 days in advance of the course date.

Medical requested refunds must come with a medical certificate from a licensed medical professional.

All refunds if granted are at the discretion of the business owner.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

Refunds are not offered for group discount bookings.

However, if more than 14 days’ notice prior to the course date is given, a credit will be provided to use for a future open course (subject to availability) within 12 months.

CLOSED COURSES

Refunds are not offered for closed courses. However, a credit will be provided to use within 12 months assuming a venue and date/time can be mutually agreed with the group organiser.

Closed course bookings also come with a non-refundable deposit to be paid on booking of course.

COURSE RESCHEDULING - CLIENT

Upon enrolling in a course, you are remunerating for a reservation in the precise date, time, and location of the course. Rescheduling requests for alternative dates, times, or locations are not accommodated unless submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled course date. You retain the option to transfer your course placement independently, incurring associated costs and coordinating at your own convenience. Neglecting to read communications or overlooking messages in junk or spam folders does not constitute valid grounds for rescheduling to an alternate date.

COURSE RESCHEDULING

We reserve the right to reschedule a course date if the required number of participants are not met to run a course. A credit note will be provided to all those registered to attend the next scheduled course. A refund may be requested by registered parties’ and the individual refund policy applies.

PRIVACY POLICY

Participants of the training agree that Deborah Geerts (trading as First aid for Motorcyclists ltd. and its subsidiaries ), its directors, officers, employees and its independent training partners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profit or any other commercial damages, including but not limited to special, incidental, punitive, consequential or other damages. Completing any vocational education course in Australia, it is a requirement for you to obtain and supply a USI. This is obtainable from usi.gov.au If a USI is not supplied and verified with usi.gov.au a certificate cannot be issued to you All Accredited First aid training is offered by ABC First aid RTO#3399 which will be responsible for the quality of training and assessment provided and for the issuing of Statements of Attainment for the units of competency on its scope.

Training and assessment will be conducted by First aid for Motorcyclists Ltd. and its subsidiaries under ABC First aid responsibility and direction.
